We currently have a headquarters in Valencia, located at Carrer Germanells, 9, 46138 Rafelbunyol, Valencia.

We are just a 5-minute walk from the Rafelbunyol metro station, which is served by Metro Line 3. If you plan to pick up your camper by car, please check with our team about the possibility of parking it within our facilities.

If you prefer to pick up the camper at a different location, contact our team—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You can reach us at +34 960 990 326.

Visiting hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Please notify us in advance to ensure that a team member is available to assist you.

Of course! At Wheely Fog, your pets are always welcome. We know that an adventure like this wouldn’t be the same without them, which is why we include a water and food bowl in all our campervans to make them feel at home.

There is no additional cost for bringing your pet, but the camper must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

For vehicle pick-up, the following documents must be provided in advance:

  • A valid ID for all authorized drivers.
  • A valid driver’s license for all authorized drivers (If the license is issued outside the EU, a valid international driving permit is required).

The entire booking process is clearly outlined in the confirmation email you will receive after completing your reservation.

Absolutely! Our campers are easy to drive, and we provide a brief explanation of the vehicle and its equipment before you set off.

Additionally, all our campers come with a rearview camera and undergo regular maintenance to ensure they are in perfect condition for your adventure.

To rent our campervans, you only need to meet two requirements:

  • Be at least 25 years old (except for La Cabaña, which requires a minimum age of 21).
  • Have held a valid class B driver’s license for at least two years.

These rules apply to everyone who will be driving the camper.

Bookings

You can make a booking through our website or by contacting us directly via phone or email.

 

At Wheely Fog, we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

  • More than 20 days before the rental start date: Full refund.
  • Between 20 and 15 days before: 70% refund.
  • Between 15 and 10 days before: 50% refund.
  • Less than 10 days before: No refund.

Yes, you can modify your booking, subject to availability. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to arrange any changes

Yes, we offer flexibility for pick-up and drop-off outside business hours, with prior notice and subject to availability.

Our standard pick-up hours are:**

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Pick-ups on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, or public holidays will incur an additional fee of €36.

Campervans must be returned between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. If you prefer to return it in the afternoon (after 12:00 PM), you will need to select an additional rental day.

At Wheely Fog, we want to make your adventure as easy as possible.

If you book more than a month in advance, you have the option to secure your reservation by paying only 30% of the total amount upfront.

The remaining balance must be paid one month before the rental start date, and our team will contact you to arrange the payment.

For bookings made less than a month in advance, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

 

Of course! If you'd like to see our different camper models in person, you can contact our team to schedule a visit and check them out up close.

 

 

 

The minimum rental period varies depending on the season:

  • Low season: 2 days
  • Mid season: 3 days
  • High season: 5 days
  • August: 7 days

Prices and payment methods

All our rentals include the following essentials to make your experience as seamless as possible: Bedding & Towels, Complete Kitchenware, Cleaning Kit, Portable Stove, Chemical Toilet, Outdoor Chairs & Table, Coffee Maker.

Additionally, all our campervans are designed so you can start your journey without worrying about what to pack. That’s why we also include: Window Blackout Covers, Outdoor Shower, External Battery Charger, Leveling Chocks, Awning, Full Water & Fuel Tanks.

We accept payments via credit/debit card and bank transfers.

Yes, a security deposit is required, and the amount varies depending on the insurance coverage selected. This deposit will be blocked at the time of vehicle pick-up and will be fully refunded if there is no damage to the vehicle.

All our rentals include 100 km/day.

However, since we know some adventurers want to explore without limits, we offer the option of unlimited mileage for €15 per day.

Additionally, if you select the Comfort insurance option, the mileage limit is increased to 200 km/day, and with the Extra insurance option, unlimited mileage is included.

At Wheely Fog, we offer three types of insurance: the Basic Insurance, included in the rental price, the Comfort Insurance, with an additional cost of €18 per day, and the Extra Insurance, with an additional cost of €34 per day.

Damages will be covered by the insurer if they exceed the deductible. The driver must pay for repair costs that are excluded in the selected insurance up to the amount of the deductible

Rental rates depend on the camper you choose and the season in which you wish to make the reservation. Currently, we have four seasons:

  • Low Season
  • Mid Season
  • High Season
  • August Season

 

In case of a delay, a daily penalty equivalent to the rental rate will be applied.

 

The total rental price includes the cleaning of the camper at no extra charge.

However, the vehicle must be returned in optimal conditions. There should be no food residue in the fridge or kitchenware, no mud, dirt, pet hair, or stains on the upholstery.

If the camper is returned in poor condition, the following penalties will apply:

  • Exterior cleaning not done: €25
  • Interior cleaning not done: €40
  • Stains on upholstery: €40
  • Tobacco smell: €100
  • Pet smell or hair: €120
  • Uncleaned toilet: €50
  • Water tank used with other liquid or fuel: €600
  • Lost keys or vehicle documentation: €150

We understand that things can get dirty during a camper trip, but we require a minimum level of cleanliness to avoid damage to the vehicle.

Vehicle info

Some of our campers are equipped with an interior shower. Additionally, all of them have an outdoor shower and a portable chemical toilet.

With our campers, you can travel both within Spain and across Europe. The insurance and 24h roadside assistance cover any incidents.

It’s important to note that our campers have driving restrictions regarding geographic areas, types of roads, and authorized campsites or parking areas.

We do not recommend driving through unmarked areas or areas with low clearance, as the height of the vans may limit access to certain roads. We recommend reviewing our specific restriction policies before making a reservation and ensuring that you comply with the established regulations to guarantee a safe and smooth experience during your trip.

Our campers run on diesel. It’s important that you return the camper with the same fuel level as when you received it. If the fuel level is different, additional charges may apply.

There is no need to refill the AdBlue, as we provide the camper with a full tank when you pick it up.

All of our campers are equipped with thermal insulation, stationary heating, and gear designed for cold climates.

We currently have 3 different models:

L3H2 (Large), L2H2 (Medium), and L1H1 (Small). The measurements are as follows:

  • L3H2 (Sa Talaia, Tromsø, and Marrakech) – Length 6m, Width 2.05m, Height 2.60m.
  • L2H2 (Santorini, Bibury, and Kioto) – Length 5.58m, Width 2.05m, Height 2.60m.
  • L1H1 (Gamla Stan and La Cabaña) – Length 4.91m, Width 1.91m, Height 2m.

Yes, we offer additional accessories such as bike racks, portable barbecue, extra chairs, and snow chains.

All accessories are free of charge, but we need you to specify them during the booking process to ensure we equip the vehicle accordingly.

You can refill the fresh water tank at a gas station, while the waste water tank can be emptied at designated disposal points (such as campsites or gas stations).

It is the renter's responsibility to empty and clean the waste water tanks and the chemical toilet before returning the camper, as well as refill the fresh water tank. We will provide detailed instructions on how to perform these tasks properly and safely. The waste water tanks and chemical toilet should be emptied at proper facilities, such as service stations or designated waste disposal areas.

 

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our campervans. All our campers are non-smoking vehicles. This policy is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our customers. If it is detected that smoking has occurred inside the camper, a penalty fee will be charged.
