Pick-Up / Drop-Off
The camper must be returned between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. If you prefer to return it in the afternoon (after 12:00 PM), you will need to select an additional return day.
Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pick-ups on Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public holidays will incur an additional fee of €36.

Of course! At Wheely Fog, your pets are always welcome. We know that an adventure like this wouldn’t be the same without them, which is why we include a water and food bowl in all our vans to make them feel at home.
It’s important to note that there is no additional cost for bringing your pet, but the camper must be returned in the same condition as when it was received.
After each trip, we carry out a thorough cleaning to ensure the van is perfectly fresh and ready for the next traveler.
Yes, we offer flexible return options.
The camper must be returned by 12:00 PM on the selected return day, but you can drop it off any time from 9:00 AM that same day at our offices — or even the night before, at whatever time suits you, using our key drop-off box.
We kindly ask that you send us a photo of the van at the time of return so we can record exactly when it was delivered.
By default, 100 km per day are included in every rental.
We offer flexible options depending on your needs and insurance choice:
- Comfort coverage: 200 km/day included
- Extra coverage: Unlimited kilometers included
- Add 100 extra km/day: +€5/day (only available with Comfort coverage)
- Unlimited kilometers without insurance upgrade: +€15/day
If you exceed the included kilometers, an extra €0.25/km will be charged.
You’ll be able to select your preferred option during the booking process.
You can leave your car inside our warehouse at no extra cost, as long as you return it during business hours.
If you're returning the camper outside office hours, we also offer the option to park in the exterior area of our premises, subject to availability.
And of course, street parking is always available nearby, and the area is very safe.
Yes.
The minimum rental period depends on the season:
- Low season: 2 nights
- Mid season: 3 nights
- High season (Mid June & July): 4 nights
- August Season: 7 nights
A security deposit is required, and the amount depends on the insurance plan you choose.

At Wheely Fog, we have a flexible cancellation policy:
– More than 20 days before the rental start date: Full refund
– Between 20 and 15 days before: 70% refund
– Between 15 and 10 days before: 50% refund
– Less than 10 days before: No refund
